- Divya Dhadda is a chartered accountant having rich experience in the field of direct taxation especially NRI taxation.
- She is member of ICAI since 2009. She is one of the founder partner of the firm.
- Prior to forming DLS in 2013, she has worked with E&Y, Mumbai, has gained significant knowledge in dealing with direct taxation. She has also worked with KPMG Bahrain, gained significant exposure in audits.
- She has handled scrutiny matters of numerous organizations & appeared before higher authorities of various departments. She has also gained extensive experience of conducting audit assignments. She has conducted statutory audit of Banks as a team leader.
- She is also responsible for setting up our office policies in line with international standards and is active member of daily research update team.
