  • Ms. Harsha Ramnani is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Diploma in Information System Audit (ISA-ICAI), and commerce graduate from Kanoria Girls College, Jaipur with Rank 1.
  • She is also a registered valuer for securities and financial assets and have certification in Internal Audit, forensic audit & fraud detection (FAFD), IND-AS, Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), Public Finance & Government Accounting (PF&GA) and concurrent audit from ICAI.
  • She also cleared Social Auditor Exam (First in Rajasthan and amongst top 10 in India.)
  • Over 15 years of post-qualification front-to-end experience and exposure as an auditing expert in various industries including Textile, Real Estate, Automobile Components, Shipping, Health Care, Banking, FMC, Education and Power Sector Industries.
  • Her areas of expertise includes Statutory Audits, Operations Audits, Stock Audit, Performance audit, Management/Internal Audits, consultancy on Due Diligence, Enterprises Risk Management, Development of Management information system etc. Instrumental in presentation and preparation of Background Material for public sector undertakings, listed entities to aid them in smooth implementation of new avenues in areas pertaining to IND-AS, Valuations, Companies Act 2013, ICFOR, BRSR, ESG Due Diligence etc.
  • Her expertise also lies in generating knowledge to advance sustainable methodologies through active research, benchmark assessment, trainings around subjects within the realm of Environmental, Social, and Governance concerns. These encompass ESG Readiness, ESG Mindset, ESG Change Management, Internal Controls for Sustainable Reporting (ICSR), and BRSR Reporting & Disclosures etc.
  • Handled World Bank funded Project for implementation of Online Audit Management System (AMS) for Local Fund Audits of Rajasthan Government.
  • Her core strength is the understanding of industry processes and their integration with the financial reporting requirements in India. Authored two technical guides; Technical Guide on how to perform an internal audit in textile industry and Technical Guide on Rajasthan VAT which is published by respective committee of ICAI. Regular Faculty for Registered Valuation, Internal Audit, BRSR course and social audit for ICAI, ICMAI and other various institutions.
