  • Co-founder Partner of the firm, being in practice with the firm for over 18 years, he is instrumental in driving the technical matters in the firm.
  • He has experience in the field of finance, accounting, legal compliances, direct taxation, indirect taxation etc. and is entrusted with heading the assurance and business advisory division for the firm.
  • Expert in Statutory, Concurrent, Stock and Internal & Management Audit of Corporate, Banks and PSUs, Management consultancy on Financial Due Diligence and Enterprises Risk Management, Development of Management information system etc.
  • Apart from this, he also handles business set up consultancy for units setting up anywhere in Rajasthan.
  • Prior to forming DLS in 2013, he gained rich experience while working with ICICI Bank for 6 years. He handled various functions there such as SME Credit, Monitoring, Relationship etc.
  • At DLS, he is dealing in project financing for Corporate & SME sector, Indirect tax matters and Company Law matters.
  • He has also passed Certified Course on Concurrent Audit, Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting conducted by ICAI.
  • He is an expert in the approach and methodology of the firm and has grown from strength to strength in the field of assurance and consulting.
