• Sumit Dhadda having rich experience in the field of audits and IND-AS implementation with over 18 years of experience in multinational accounting firms. He is member of ICAI since 2003 and secured gold medal in CA Inter exams. He is the first Registered Valuer of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India in Rajasthan.
• Prior to joining DLS in 2014, he worked with PWC India (4 years) & KPMG Bahrain (4 years) in the Audit and Assurance vertical. He then joined as Head of Compliance & MLRO in SICO, one of the premier Investment Banks of GCC region.
• He is certified trainer from ICAI Faculty development program for Valuations & IFRS conversion in India. He has been undertaking the projects for training the professional in the areas of implementation of Accounting Standards, IFRS, Standards on Accounting, Role of Independent Directors particularly in Audit Committee etc. He also cleared Social Auditor Exam (Amongst top 10 in India.)
• With his extensive experience in business leadership and in-depth understanding of manufacturing industry, he specializes in providing holistic business solutions to clients his command on business processes and
  financial controls is translated to logical solutions of problems for corporates. His current clients are spread across IT, Manufacturing, Media and Communication, Financial Institutions among others.
